Located within Edinburgh's revitalized harbour area, Ocean Serviced Apartments are close to the Royal Yacht Britannia, as well as shops, cinemas, and restaurants at the Ocean Terminal complex. The bustling city centre, featuring the iconic Edinburgh Castle, is just a 15-minute drive away. Each apartment features two spacious bedrooms and two tiled bathrooms. The large living rooms come equipped with digital TVs, DVD players, and plush sofas. Some rooms also offer breathtaking views of the bay, and our team can tailor facilities and services to meet your specific needs. The fully equipped kitchens are fitted with ovens, fridges, dishwashers, and washing machines, opening onto a dining area complete with a table and chairs for your convenience. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Ocean Serviced Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the reception is open: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00, Saturday 10:00 – 16:00 and closed on Sundays. There is an emergency after hours contact number for emergency cases. The property operates on a self check-in basis and guests arriving at the property must contact the management team at least 24 hours in advance to arrange a self check-in. A security deposit link will need to be completed and some form of photo ID will need to sent via email. For key collection, guests should report to the left of the Ocean Apartments reception located on the ground floor of block C at 2 Western Harbour Midway, Edinburgh, EH6 6PN. If a booking is made on the day of arrival, the property will contact the guest for additional details related to their stay. A travel cot and/or high chair can be requested for your stay and is subject to availability. Please note bed linen is not provided for cots. Please note that we do not provide a daily cleaning service. We only provide a weekly service if a guest stays for 7 or more days. Breakfast packs are not available to be added. We reserve the right not to accept any bookings made from guests that reside in an EH postcode and the surrounding areas. We reserve the right not to accept single sex groups and/or hen/stag party groups. Our building is strictly a non-smoking property and reserves the right to levy a £200 deep cleaning charge in the apartment or building.
