The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the lead guest must be over 25 years. Please note that names and ages of all guests must be provided to the property, as well as a proof of address and an ID for the lead guest. This is required within 2 days after booking.
