Gyves House, a charming AA 4-star gold-rated Victorian home, offers comfortable stays just 30 yards from Eastbourne's scenic seafront. The iconic Pier is only a 6-minute walk away, while the town centre is within a 10-minute stroll. Each room boasts its original features and comes equipped with modern amenities like flat-screen TVs, tea/coffee makers, free toiletries, and hairdryers. Private bathrooms ensure a relaxing stay. A delicious breakfast awaits, featuring locally sourced and organic produce, fresh fruit, cereals, homemade granola, and freshly baked bread. Cyclists can securely store their bikes in our courtyard. We take pride in baking our own bread and pastries daily, churning butter, making yogurt, and serving an assortment of homemade preserves like marmalade, jams, and lemon curd. The picturesque Royal Parade outside our door is adorned with exotic flowers and plants, while the nearby Princess Park features a boating lake, rose garden, and popular restaurant. A short 5-minute drive or bus ride takes you to Sovereign Marina, Europe's largest five-harbour marina, which also boasts a retail park and various restaurants. For those who enjoy outdoor activities, Beachy Head and Seven Sisters offer scenic walks and breathtaking views.
