The credit/debit card used to book the pre-paid rate must be presented to reception on arrival at the hotel. Rates which include breakfast offer a full traditional or continental breakfast with tea or coffee, unless stated otherwise. Rates which include dinner offer a choice from the hotel’s table d’hôtel menu. Where a hotel does not offer a table d’hôtel menu, an allowance (which varies from hotel to hotel) is allocated towards dining from the a la carte menu. There is no refund for meals which are not taken by guests and lunch cannot be taken in place of dinner. Children aged 12 years and under sharing a suitable room with 2 adults and included in the reservation details are inclusive of breakfast only; all other meals are charged as taken.
