Please inform The Empress Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. PLEASE NOTE: The front of the hotel will have scaffolding installed from October 7th for 1 month while new windows are fitted to all Seaview rooms, and the exterior decorated. This will only affect Seaview rooms, including the Suite and Seaview Doubles and Twin rooms, where the view may be impacted. The rear-facing rooms will not be affected. Our apologies, but we will keep disruption to a minimum during this time. Please note that On-Site Leisure facilities are closed until further notice.
