Housekeeper will come every week after one week of check-in to clean the apartment and change the Linen, unless requested to change ‘subject to availability’ or not included during the stay 13. Please dispose of RUBBISH/TRASH in bin bags at the designated bins during the specified days and timings outlined in the Arrival Instructions . Please note that these apartments/premises are strictly NON-SMOKING, and any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of £250 and any additional cleaning charges incurred. Please be aware that any damages caused to the apartment or its furnishings will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit. In the event that the cost of repairs exceeds the amount of the security deposit, you will be held liable for the additional expenses. 14.If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to £249 after check-out, according to this property damage policy.
