Arrivals after 23:00 will not be granted access to the property and no refunds will be given. Standard check-out time is up to 11:00. A late check-out may be arranged for at an additional cost of GBP 20 an hour. If you are late checking out without prior agreement, you will be charged 40 GBP an hour.
