Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A pre-authorisation with a physical card will be required upon arrival. Please bring a physical card that has funds on the card together with identification. Any guest who is unable to provide authorisation or a card that declines will be refused accommodation. Guests can bring their own cot at no extra cost. Please note that pets are not allowed in the public areas of the property. Pets are charged for 15 GBP per pet per night up to a maximum of 3 nights if guests stay longer than 3 nights. There is no lift in the property. Under the current circumstances, we are offering a bed and breakfast service on Friday and Sunday. Hence the bar and restaurant will be closed on those days. The bar will remain open on Saturdays, subject to demand, until 21:30. The restaurant is open Monday to Thursday and Saturday for dinner from 18.30 to 20.30, subject to demand. The restaurant and bar are still open from Monday to Thursday and on Saturday evenings. The restaurant is open for breakfast on a daily basis. Restaurant bookings are advisable in advance to ensure you have a table. Guests staying in "Budget Double Room" may experience noise until midnight.
