This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform High Hopes in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Pets can be accommodated for an additional fee of GBP £35 per pet per stay. Please inform Saltwater Escapes in advance if you will be bringing any dogs. Higher Street is very narrow and it is not possible to drive down the lane as far as where the gate to access the property is. It is possible to drive to within about 75 yards of the property where you can then unload on arrival before then parking up. There is no parking on Higher Street but free on street parking is available on neighbouring residential roads or alternatively Saltwater Escapes can arrange a parking permit for your stay which covers you for over 30 car parks in the area. Charges apply. There are 20 steps that lead from the gate down to the entrance door of the property therefore High Hopes would not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties or unsupervised children.
