The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size. A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the apartments are located above Patterns bar, club and music venue. On weekends and some week nights, the club will be playing loud music. While the apartments are a few floors above the club, the music will occasionally be heard. The club closes at 04:00.
