Unregistered guests will not be permitted to enter the building. Registering guests after you have checked in will incur a booking modification fee. Check-out is by 10 AM. Late check-out, when booked in advance (before 9am) by email or SMS/ Whats App, is £15 per hour. When not booked in advance, there is a higher charge up to 11:59 AM. After 12:00 noon, a higher relocation charge will apply. **Extending Your Stay:** If you extend your stay through a third party (not directly with the hotel) you must check out by 10 AM and check back in after 3 PM, you may not be allocated the same room. This property charges the deposit waiver fee again so that you avoid checking out and back in, so you can remain in the same room. **No Smoking:** For the safety of our guests, smoking is only permitted outside the premises. Smoking out of the window, in any room or on the premises incurs a penalty. **Other Fees** You may also be charged fees for changing rooms, name changes, card payment fees, modifying your reservation, date changes, express identification verification, or out-of-hours check-in.
