Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that guests must show a valid photo ID upon check-in. We offer a Light Breakfast ‘to-go’, consisting of porridge oats or breakfast bar, a pastry, fruit, yoghurt and juice. This is available upon request and on £4 per person orders accepted till 9pm. We also offer a cooked breakfast on weekends (times and days of availability may vary) for an additional fee of only £7.00 per adult and £5.00 per child. If guests require an early or late check-in, before 14:00 or after 22:00, there is an additional charge of GBP 20. All guests must contact the hotel immediately and make any necessary requests, depending on availability. The last check-in is at 22:00. If a late check-in is required the guest must contact The Highfield in advance.
