Please note for the One-Bedroom Apartment and Family Apartment, the accommodation is located on the first or second floor, and is accessible via stairs only. Therefore it may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment. There is a strict non smoking policy throughout the hotel. Guests found to be smoking will be charged GBP 100 and asked to leave the premises.
