Please inform Kings Court Modern Aparthotel, Town Centre - Blackpool Resort Collection in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. All we ask, is that you pack your bucket & spade, we will provide the rest, including the kitchen sink. Blackpool has several distinct neighbourhoods. It is made up of 3 distinct zones - North Shore (including Bispham), Central and South Shore. Each zone has its own distinct identity & something valuable to offer for visitors and many architectural gems. North Shore is one of the quietest and least touristy areas of Blackpool, mainly consisting of nice residential neighbourhoods, industry & business parks. Bispham is situated at the far north of Blackpool & has shops, pubs & very good restaurants, so is well worth a visit if you are staying in area. North Shore promenade also boasts the least crowded of all sections of this town's coastline and is well worth a visit if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. Central Blackpool is where a lot of the action is from a nightlife point of view. Mainly comprising the town's guest houses, main transport links, large shopping area, hundreds of bars, nightclubs & restaurants & Blackpool Vic Hospital. Not to mention Blackpool Tower, Winter Gardens, Grand Theatre & Sea Life centre. Small roads off the main road reveal the best fish & chip shops, lots of great cafes & shops.
